An assessor will be allocated the same day we are notified of your claim, and the process commences to obtain quotes and images and arrange onsite inspections so your assessment report can be completed promptly and efficiently.
We use an accident management software system to gather the required information and provide a service covering the full lifecycle of your claim from the quote to the completion of repairs. All assessment reports and correspondence are made via our online software system, which tracks the progress of your claim and ensures the final repair invoice is in conjunction with the assessment. |
